Online Booking:
Solutions require online booking check the box “acceptance of terms and conditions” before booking.
Booking conditions:
Prices shown are per room per night for selected dates.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card valid at the date of your arrival.
We check all CB provided, therefore any reservation with an invalid card causes the cancellation of the booking.
Cancellation/Amend Policy:
You can amend or cancel without charge until 48 hours before your arrival by contacting the hotel directly at: +33 1 48 78 09 16 and E-mail: info@hotel-touring.paris
Otherwise, any reservation not canceled or amended in time will result in the billing price of one night.
Warning: these conditions do not apply to reservations called “specials offers” that are not changeable and non-refundable.
No Show:
In case of no-show, the amount of the first night will be charged.
Special Offers (pre-payment):
Reservations called “specials offers” with promotional prices are non-changeable and non-refundable. They are payable in full on the day of booking, by debit to the credit card provided.
Special conditions GROUPS:
The above conditions do not apply to bookings of more than 5 rooms. These are considered “group requests” and therefore subject to other conditions. To be confirmed, group bookings (more than 5 rooms) must be validated by the hotel by sending a second email in which booking conditions will be precised.
Method of payment:
Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at the time of booking and paid on the day of arrival by one of the following payment methods:
VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Cash.
Checks are not accepted !
